Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Amarèi & Co. Affiliate Family! We’re so pleased you’d like to join us in sharing our products with others. These Terms explain how the affiliate programme works and what you can expect when partnering with us. We’ve kept them simple and straightforward so everything feels clear and fair.
1. Becoming an Affiliate
To join, simply complete the sign-up form. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll let you know if you’ve been accepted. We welcome affiliates from all walks of life, but we may decline applications if they’re not the right fit for our brand.
2. Your Affiliate Link
Once approved, you’ll receive a special affiliate link just for you. You can share this link on your social media, website, blog, or even by email. Every time someone makes a purchase through your link, you’ll earn a commission. We just ask that you:
- Share Amarèi & Co. honestly and with kindness.
- Don’t use your link to buy for yourself.
- Avoid using paid ads on our brand name without asking first.
3. Commissions & Rewards
You’ll earn commission on every qualifying order made through your link. The commission amount will be shared with you once you’re accepted. Commissions are based on the order total before shipping and discounts.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the commission for that order will be removed.
At present, commissions are rewarded in the form of Amarèi & Co. digital gift cards, which can be used across our store, never expire, and may be shared with friends or loved ones. Gift cards are issued monthly once your commission balance reaches £20 (or equivalent in your local currency).
4. Future Rewards
We value our affiliates and want to make this partnership as rewarding as possible. While commissions are currently paid in gift cards, in the future we may introduce cash payouts for our top affiliates. Should this become available, we will notify you in advance.
5. Payments
- Commissions are paid in Amarèi & Co. store credit or gift cards (unless agreed otherwise).
- Payments are sent once a month, as long as your balance meets the minimum amount we’ve set.
- Please make sure your details are correct so there are no delays.
6. Ending the Partnership
We truly value our affiliates, but if there’s ever any misuse of links, harmful behaviour, or a breach of these Terms, we may need to pause or end the partnership. Of course, we’ll always aim to resolve things kindly and fairly first.
7. Changes Along the Way
As our little business grows, the affiliate programme may change too. If we adjust commission rates, payment methods, or anything important, we’ll keep you updated by email or on our website.
8. A Gentle Note on Liability
While we’ll always do our best, sometimes technical issues or delays happen. Amarèi & Co.’s responsibility is limited to paying the commissions that are rightly due under these Terms.
