Delivery Information
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. Most parcels are delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch; however, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 28 business days depending on the size and weight of the parcel or unforeseen courier delays. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please note that depending on stock availability, orders may arrive in separate parcels, and tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
Manufacturing Faults
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. After reviewing the claim, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the product is found to be faulty.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order is sent in multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online, depending on the courier.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and will need to arrange their own return label, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, Amarèi & Co. will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost. Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit in the form of a digital gift card valid for 12 months. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
How Store Credit works?
1. Once your return has been approved, we’ll email you a digital gift card with a unique code.
2. When you shop with us again, simply enter the gift card code at checkout. The value will be applied to your order total just like a payment method.
3. If your order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for you to use next time.
4. Your store credit never disappears quickly – it’s valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
